On the first day of workouts, me and evan went to the ymca to do basketball and also use the workout room.
Evan: I am going to work on my vertical jump and dunking because I just think being able to dunk is cool. Also my vertical jump can help me with football because i play football. My vertical jump can help me with explosiveness and just building leg strength. The way i am going to complete tjis project is doing certain workouts that will help my vertical. I will be doing leg workout 2-3 days of the week and i will be videoing me trying to dunk every 2-3 weeks. Pharris: The first workout is always the hardest. Me and evan both do football so we were sore at the workout at the YMCA. But never the lesss, it ws fun and i feel like maybe we made progress. I can touch right under the rim so Im like 4 inches away from rim so i got some work to do. My legs have always been pretty strong so ive always had alright hops. im excited to keep working towards my goal.
